Questions
Who can join?
Anyone with an active PTIN. CPAs and Enrolled Agents also add their license or enrollment number. We verify every member before they can post or take work.
When does it open?
Founding members get early access in mid-December. The network opens to everyone on January 4, 2027, ahead of tax season. People on this list hear first.
What does "founding price for life" mean?
The first 50 members keep the founding rate for as long as they stay subscribed, even after regular prices apply to new members. Joining the list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
How does the overflow board work?
A Pro member firm posts work, we review it, and verified members apply. The posting firm chooses who to work with, stays responsible for the return and the client relationship, and gets the client's written IRC §7216 consent before sharing anything. A 10% platform fee applies only to approved work.
Is client information ever shared in the community?
No. Client names, SSNs and return documents are never posted in the forum or stored on KonnexHub. Overflow work happens inside the posting firm's own secure portal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your billing page. Founding members who cancel lose the founding rate.
